Malaysians are the Biggest Belieber

A few weeks ago Justin Bieber came to Malaysia which was on the 21st of April 2011, Thursday, held at Stadium Merdeka, 8.30 p.m and ends at around 11.20 p.m. Yes, I did attend his concert and I thought the concert will be as big like he did at Madison Square Garden. You know, after I watch his movie premiere in Pavillion KL on the 2nd of April 2011 :)
But things isn’t what I really expected to be. I was sitting far away from the stage. I sat on the yellow zone, which cost RM288 ( BTW, I got that ticket for free at Bieber Event last January!). First, I thought my friend would be sitting with me at the yellow zone as she has confirmed that she be with me that day. But she spoiled my mood saying that she would be at the pink zone, cost RM98, which is also the least zone there.
So, mothers, of course they’re concern about their child’s safety. My mum suggested that we should find someone who is also sitting at the yellow zone to accompany me. And I’m fortunate. I met three girls who is around their 20s. They promise that they’d take care of me well. And they did after all :)
Before we went to the yellow zone entrance to line up, I decieded to buy a Justin Bieber fan. It cost RM15. Quite cheap, but pretty useful. There were so many offers that day of the concert : JUSTIN BIEBER PASS, JUSTIN BIEBER TICKET ( there’s this guy who offered me to sit at the orange zone), JUSTIN BIEBER TEE ( DAMN IT’S RM80 & ABOVE!), LIGHT ( you know the thing that glows when you’re in a  concert), JUSTIN BIEBER FAN etc.
I wanted all of em! But the fan will be useful in school and while waiting to enter the stadium. I can't believe there are many Malay, Indian and Chinese boys came to support him and wore purple. The boys behind my back took out a CANADIAN FLAG. See Justin, Malaysians love you, but I don't think you really appreciate it and feel it.
Then, we lined up with the girls. It was so hot, because I wore a black and white polo outfit with black skinny jeans. And my hair was all messy! The guy who is in charge says that we will enter the stadium at 5.00 o’clock sharp. I check my watch and it was I think around 4.30 p.m. After around 20 minutes, the clouds turn to grey. And we all know it’s going to rain. Plus, it’s the raining season! It was already 5.00 p.m sharp and we are not allowed to go inside the stadium yet! I don’t know what took them so long!
The woman behind me was joking that she’d rather go to Anuar Zain’s concert than to JB’s. It was, hilarious. I could feel the raindrops on my head and literally it started to rain. They started giving out raincoats which Tune Talk sponsered. It was red in color. When they gave me one, I take a look at it and it says, ”Enjoy the concert….even if it RAINS ”. Oh yeah, we are enjoying it. Sheesh.
I took out my purple-color Justin Bieber Flashmob Dancer tee from my bag and cover my head. And oh, the Justin Bieber fan was ruin because I use it to cover my head earlier. REMORSEFUL. The three girls went ahead because they got tickets that is smaller than mine. I can’t remember why we they have to isolate those tickets. So I went to the next line while the three girls promise that they would wait for me.
I just knew that a few Malaysian celebrities came to his concert too! Such as AC Mizal and his daugther, Nanu Baharuddin, Marina Mahathir and her daugther, and Queen DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Nur Zahirah and her children who are big fans of Bieber. Ooohhh…
I met these two girls who is also from the flash mob and suddenly greeted me by saying ” Hello!”. Whew, I’m glad that I had someone who I know :D. What I really was furious about is, they let the guys go first than girls and it’s UNFAIR. And I was like, ” Where’s the manners here? It goes ’ ladies first’ and not guys!”. But with patience I was able to handle it well.
The rain was kind of heavy, but the lightnings is scary. I’m only afraid of thunders, haha. I was very happy. I sat beside the three girls and we didn’t really talk. But I manage to talk with the other one as the other two was buying drinks. So far so great. There were cameras all over.
The lights went out around 8.00 o’clock. Mizz Nina was singing upstage! She sang two of her songs including ‘What you Waiting for’. She was pretty awesome. One busy mizzy. The DJ entertains us with songs like B.E.P’s The Time (dirty bit), Iyaz  Replay, Katy Perry’s Firework, Taio Cruz with Higher etc. And he was like ” MALAYSIA KNOWS THE DJ!” Hell yeah KL is awesome.
We kept waiting for Justin to come out as we chanting his name FROM 6.00 a.m till night! Justin, you have so many fans waiting for you—boys, girls are everywhere! But you kept us waiting for another 30 minutes. What do you take us for? The fans lose their voice when the show started with his introduction ‘Love Me’.
I set my heart racing as I watch him from the screen, dancing. So, did I mention how many crowds there that night? 100? No. 200? Nope. 700? Uh-uh. 900? Wrong. 1,000? False. 12,000? Close. There are 20,000 thousand people in the whole stadium. There are a line of guys behind us yelling and supporting him. ROCKS.
I did cry when he sang ‘U smile’, ‘One Less Lonely Girl’, ‘Pray’ and ‘Favorite Girl’. Justin cut-short the song ( Favorite Girl). Two girls pat me at back and said, ” Every girl in this stadium wants to be OLLG.” Now, I wish I was ONE LESS LONELY GIRL. She’s so lucky. He appeared with his favorite outfit, white and purple but when the song ended he quickly took it off :P He drank water and wipe off his sweat with his handkerchief. I wish that handkerchief was in my hands. Check out my photos at hotxpress.com   . I was SPOTTED.
There were less ‘communications’ between, and I think it’s boring. After the song Pray, the lights went out. The crowd shouts, ” WE WANT MORE! WE WANT MORE!”/ The screen then says,
YOU WANT MORE?
CROWD SCREAMING
YOU SURE?
CROWD GETTING TENSE

REALLY?
CROWD SHOUTING : YEAH!
MAKE SOME NOISE.
CROWD MAKING NOISE
LOUDER
GETTING LOUDER
( font getting bigger) LOUDER!
CROWD SCREAMS
(font fit on screen) LOUDER!!
THE LOUDEST YELLS. ( Fans : JUSTIN, BIEBER! JUSTIN, BIEBER)
Then suddenly he came out! This time, he’s not alone. But with Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden (Joel Madden of Good Charlotte was spotted walking around the venue before the concert began, with his face hidden under the orange raincoat!)! Joel sang Want Be Love. The end of the song is Baby. He made a little scene though. I can’t remember what he said. But it sounds like this..
JB : What else song you want me to sing?
Us : BABY!!
JB : What? Baby? Oh okay. Hit it DJ.
* Britney Spear’s song was on*
JB : ‘…hit me baby one more time. Oh baby baby!
Us : BABY!
Justin and his team of dancers and backup singers decided to cheekily tease the crowd with the evergreen lullaby, Rock-A-Bye Baby – it was downright hilarious and super entertaining! And then he said, “oh, not this one? How ‘bout this one?”, and sang Britney’s Hit Me Baby (One More Time)! He also did a short chorus of his mentor, Usher’s hit, There Goes My Baby. After much teasing, Justin gave in and sang the night away with his own version of Baby, and even jumped into the crowd, claiming that “it was a party”! He sang Baby and did the rap. Did I hear him say ‘THANK YOU MALAYSIA’ when the song ended? I don’t think so. I hope he appreciates it.
These are among the song list that I remember he sang that night :-

1. Love Me
2. Bigger
3. U-Smile

Lastly, I would like to say that I hope Justin Bieber will come back to Malaysia in the near future, even though my first time attending a concert isn’t fun at all. Come on Justin. We even made a flash mob for you. Check out our photos in Google**
